My wife wanted her kitchen renovated and after asking around to friends who had had a kitchen renovation we decided to approach Monarch Kitchens to ask for a quote. All of the staff at Monarch kitchens made us feel welcome and took a lot of the stress out of such an intimidating project. Right from the start to the finish the renovation was done in an extremely professional manner. Most people have had scary stories of booking with various contractors who didn't keep their word. We recently had our kitchen and powder room renovation completed by Monarch Kitchen and Bath. Our first meeting with Monarch was with Kevin, who came by the house to thoroughly reviewed the space and spent much time with us to discuss our vision for the powder room and kitchen renovation. 

Kevin completed 2 design plan options and took the time to go over each of the plans with us. We visited their extensive showroom to make choices for flooring, cabinets, counter-tops, backsplash, and hardware. Kevin was very friendly, patient, and helpful throughout this process and we never felt rushed. He consistently kept us updated on costs in order to ensure we stayed within our budget.

For the most part, the work was completed as outlined on the schedule provided. We were always informed of any change in schedule. Everyone, including the plumbers and electricians, as well as the cabinet, flooring, counter-top, and tile installers were all very professional and addressed any questions and concerns we had in a timely manner. Kitchen Renovation

My family hired this company last year to help renovate our kitchen, including the cabinets and countertops, and I must say that they're probably one of the best companies around in this department. The design was very innovative, the quality of its products were excellent, the staff were nice and engaging, and the project was orderly and completed on time. Everything they done is worth the price. However we feel the best part about them is the customer service. Niel, the president of Monarch even personally visited our house to make sure everything fits the design and even provided helpful tips to make the finished kitchen work at its utmost potential. Last year we experienced a minor problem with the cabinet knobs, but Niel and his team immediately responded to our concern and replaced them entirely at their cost. Go with them, and you won't regret it.

Kitchen and Laundry Room Renovation

We LOVE everything about our new kitchen and laundry room, and all of the other main floor renovations Monarch did for us. Everyone who visits is equally impressed with the quality, and even more amazed when we tell them that Monarch delivered the entire project on time and on budget! When finally we decided to renovate much of our main floor early this year, we considered several alternatives: Everyone from a single contractor who would bring in the trades as needed, to designer-contractor

partnerships, to turnkey companies. After meeting with Kevin in Monarch's beautiful showroom, and visiting one of their recent projects just around the corner from us, we felt confident Monarch was our best choice. Now that the project is done, we're convinced we made a great decision! From design to project completion, everyone on their team was great to work with. We especially appreciated the care their installers took to keep our home as tidy as possible during the project. It's never fun to live in a construction site, but they made it as painless as possible for us. We also found their showroom to be incredibly convenient. With Kevin's expert guidance...and patience...we were able to make all of our decisions about tile, cabinet material, colours, fixtures, etc., without having to drive all over the city! That was a major time saver for us. We are very thankful we chose Monarch and have already referred the company to several friends who are thinking about similar renovations. We gutted our house in January 2011. We used Monarch to design and install new cabinets in our house. Marion did the design for the kitchen. She is so creative and talented as a designer. Marion helped transform our small, enclosed kitchen into an open bright space with more cabinet space than we can use. The kitchen was installed on time. We had an issue with the crown moulding falling down. Both times we contacted Monarch they were quick to respond to and correct the problem. I was impressed because the last time we had a problem with the moulding Neal replaced all of our moulding with brand new moulding, no questions asked. Our kitchen is beautiful.

We hired Monarch, on the recommendation of our builder Integrity Construction, to do our new cottage kitchen in Bobcaygeon. They offer a full service. going beyond kitchen design. They helped me create my dream kitchen incorporating all of my wants, and unique design features. Integrity and Monarch worked very well together as a team to turn our dream into a reality. I found the Monarch team very professional, detailed, and organized. It was a pleasure working with my designer Sarah, wholistened very carefully. We have dealt with Monarch Kitchen for over a decade now, first with a total kitchen reno and more recently, an ensuite bathroom reno. Neil Samson is wonderful to deal with and is very customer focused. After almost 3 years, I was having difficulty with the top vanity drawer and so I called Monarch to ask for a service call. Neil came over personally and when he saw how the drawer mechanisms were working, he wasn't satisfied and decided to have 4 new drawers built and replaced no-charge. Needless to say, I was delighted! I would recommend Monarch not only for its product lines and cost competitiveness, but also for it's 5 star customer satisfaction policy.

Finally moved into my dream home, and had quite a bit of renovations to do to bring it up to date. I used Monarch Kitchen and Bath for my kitchen and 3 bathrooms. From the start, I felt good about my decisions. I knew exactly what I wanted and they had all the products and the skill. Their staff is fully knowledgeable and they covered all the details, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. They even come back later to give you a complimentary "tune-up". I want to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation for the fine workmanship and attention to detail you and your staff exhibited during my kitchen project. I am so overwhelmed and pleased with the final results. Everyone of your staff should be complimented on their talents and their caring attitudes. When dealing with Melissa over the phone or by email, even though we have never met in person, she was attentive to my concerns and was quick to reply to them. When she said things would be delivered by a certain date and time, they were and I appreciated this promptness.
    The young man who delivered the cabinets was very friendly and careful as he alone brought in all the heavy pieces. Don was simply amazing and quietly proficient as he managed to install all those heavy cabinets. Although the young men who installed the counter top were present for a short time on the site, they were very skilled and polite.
    Sarah was an enthusiastic delight to work with. She had so many good ideas and made my decisions so much easier with her eye for detail. I appreciated the fact that Neil took the time to come to the project and double check the measurements. Last but not least, I cannot say enough about the wonderful workmanship of Tim and JoAnn. They are simply outstanding in their ability to tackle any aspect of a project. They worked very long days but treated my kitchen as if it was the most important task they had to do. Each day the project site was left neat and tidy and work debris was taken away.
    I definitely will recommend your company to my friends and family and look forward to other projects that I have on the horizon. Thank you again all for your hard work.

We were very pleased with the renovation of our children’s bathroom. Everyone involved was extremely helpful. Neil with the measurements and rearranging of the space to our taste. Melissa with the design and helping us with choosing the pieces that met our needs and fit our budget. Last but not least, the installer Rick. He was professional and did an excellent job, showing up when promised and working very cleanly. Any issues we had were dealt with promptly by Melissa and Neil. There was a small leak after the job was finished and the problem was resolved completely.
    We would certainly recommend Monarch Kitchen and Bath to anyone contemplating a renovation.

"We shopped around a few local kitchen places before we chose Monarch. Melissa was excellent in making us feel special and that we were making the right decision. She presented us with an excellent design that covered all of our 'must haves'. She was thorough, listened to our ideas and suggestions and both her and Neil were always accessible to answer any questions or concerns that we had. Of course as with any renovation, there are glitches, but the ones we had were very minor and handled in a professional and timely manner. We are extremely happy with the end results and have blown away our family and friends with the transformation. See the photos for yourself! We would definitely recommend Monarch Kitchen to anybody."
