We gutted our house in January 2011. We used Monarch to design and install new cabinets in our house. Marion did the design for the kitchen. She is so creative and talented as a designer. Marion helped transform our small, enclosed kitchen into an open bright space with more cabinet space than we can use. The kitchen was installed on time. We had an issue with the crown moulding falling down. Both times we contacted Monarch they were quick to respond to and correct the problem. I was impressed because the last time we had a problem with the moulding Neal replaced all of our moulding with brand new moulding, no questions asked. Our kitchen is beautiful.

They helped me create my dream kitchen incorporating all of my wants, and unique design features. Integrity and Monarch worked very well together as a team to turn our dream into a reality. We have dealt with Monarch Kitchen for over a decade now, first with a total kitchen reno and more recently, an ensuite bathroom reno. Neil Samson is wonderful to deal with and is very customer focused. After almost 3 years, I was having difficulty with the top vanity drawer and so I called Monarch to ask for a service call. Neil came over personally and when he saw how the drawer mechanisms were working, he wasn't satisfied and decided to have 4 new drawers built and replaced no-charge. Needless to say, I was delighted! I would recommend Monarch not only for its product lines and cost competitiveness, but also for it's 5 star customer satisfaction policy.
Kevin Samson and his team at Monarch helped us to give our kitchen a wonderful update. The backsplash, quartz countertop and new sink/faucet are great updates to our home. They did a great job coordinating the makeover.
